| Faith, a few days old.
She was the only surviving kitten of the litter. She was born
premature and so weak she couldn't nurse. Her momma rejected her so
I took over her care. My vet didn't think Faith was going to make
it. |
Faith at 4 weeks... I kept
her in a heated bed, fed her goat's milk with a syringe and did everything
for her that her momma would normally do. Faith needed to be fed
around the clock every 2 to 3 hours. She came to work with me for
nearly two months. She slept in her "nest" under my desk
while I worked. |

| Two months old and still
with us, slowly growing a bit each day and getting stronger. |
Four months old...learn she
has some neurological deficits but she doesn't let them slow her
down. My vet still doubts she will make it. |

 |
| Six months old and ready to
leave for her new home! My vet is surprised at how well Faith has
done. |
Faith in the middle of the
pile curled up with her new Burmese family. I'm told by her new mom
that she rules the house. Thank you, Jane for giving this miracle
baby a loving home. |
